Applications are invited on prescribed Examination Admission forms from the Private candidates of District Dir Upper and
Chitral for MA (Previous & Final) Annual Examination 2019. Candidates can obtain forms (free of cost) from all branches
of Habib Bank Limited in Dir Upper and Chitral or may be downloaded from the University website www.sbbu.edu.pk. The

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
(1) The following documents must be attached with the Admission Forms
i. Attested copy of DMC of the last Examination Passed
ii. Attested copy of CNIC / Domicile Certificate.
iii. Three attested Passport size colored Photographs in the national dress.
iv. Original Bank receipt.
v. Private Candidates must attach Original Migration Certificate from the concerned University
(2) The last date means the date on which the Forms complete in all respect must reach the Office of the
Controller of Examinations Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sheringal .
(3) Examination Fee once deposited is neither refundable nor adjustable if the candidate is otherwise eligible
(4) Fee remitted through money order/cross cheque will not be accepted
(5) Claims of candidates to have sent Admission Forms by Post but not received at the Examination Section shall
not be considered valid nor be entertained. It shall be tackled/settled with the postal service by the candidate
himself.
