Parts of the microscope

1. Cheek cells. Have your teacher prepare a wet mount of cheek cells. Watch the cells under the microscope at 10X
and 40X, and draw what you see.

2. Paramecium. Examine the Paramecium slide under the microscope at 10X and 40X magnification, and draw what
you see.

3. Hair. Get an inch of hair and place it on a glass slide. Cover it with a drop of water and a slip. Draw what you see.
