Narrative Report

The pursuance of Department of Education's goal to cater the reading needs of the upcoming grade two El Salvadorian children was realized in the
reading remedial of Grade Two, El Salvador City Central School.. To make it more comprehensive, reading was not only the primary focus of the program
but it included also the others subjects; Math, Filipino, Araling Panlipunan and Crafts (MAPEH) to name a few. Each upcoming grade two teachers of
ESCCS were given particular schedules.

Although the activity was a success there would be more room for improvements. Hopefully, we can be catering more participants on the next year.

Prior notice will be given ahead of team. The activity may be participated by the parents themselves. The program may tap parents to have their fair share

of reading with the kids. Lastly, those who really are non – reader or slow – reader should be present to the program thus identifying them early in June

and perhaps informing them after. It ended with fulfilment. The goal of the program was really to prepare the pupils for the next school year and to enhance

their level of reading but fun was never absent and it was achieved.
