Ma’am:

Please accept this letter of explanation regarding with not attending the Educators’ Night
Celebration which was held last December 20, 2018. I was not able to come to such event because
I have my midterm examination on the same date which was scheduled 6 P.M. – 9 P.M. at the
University of Pangasinan.
I knew that such event will extend pass 9 P.M. onwards but the examination exhaust me and I was
not able to come at all.
As part of the faculty of our school, I know that I have the responsibility to attend such event but
because of such circumstances I was not able to do so.
