Cobra Itech Services Corporation got its name from the 2 leading senior consultants and principals of
the company namely Craig Covey and Lemuel Braña. This represents the joining of forces of American
and Filipino consultants. Our key officers are seasoned technical leaders with more than 50 years
experience in I.T. from large information technology service providers and from backgrounds in
security and intelligence institutions, including the US Air Force, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA),
executive branch of the US government, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), and
Germany's Bundesnachrichtendienst.

Profile of Owner:

Dr. Lemuel Rodolfo Braña has more than 25 years of combined experience in various industries
such as Finance, Banking, Marketing, E-Commerce, Manufacturing and Information Technology
industries. He held various positions in these industries such as E-Commerce Consultant, Chief
Manufacturing Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Executive
Officer, President and Chairman of the Board Directors.

He finished his primary and secondary education from the University of the Philippines
Integrated School in Diliman, Quezon City. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business
administration from the University of the Philippines in Diliman Quezon City. He also earned his
masters degree in technology management from the University of the Philippines in Diliman
Quezon City. He also earned his Ph.D. from the University of the Philippines in Diliman Quezon
City as well. He also earned his post doctoral degrees from Association for Overseas Technical
Scholarship (AOTS) in Nagoya, Japan and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Tokyo,
Japan and Small Business Corp (SBC) in Ansan-South Korea.
He served as technical consultant to various companies and government agencies such as: Asian
Development Bank, Office of the President at Malacañang Palace, Department of Finance,
Bureau of Internal Revenue, Accenture USA, IBM USA, World Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, USA,
LGCNS Korea, Philhealth, GSIS, SSS, DSWD, Bureau of Customs, Land Registration Authority,
Philippine Depository Insurance Corporation, UP Information Technology Development Center,
Hanns Seidel Foundation, European Union, European Information Technology Service Center and
various Universities here and abroad.

As entrepreneur, he also owns consulting companies such as COBRA Itech Services Corporation,
ATX Global Solutions Corporation, and Solutionquest International Corporation.
