A. COMPANY PROFILE
A wholly owned subsidiary of Ebara Corporation. Ebara Pumps Philippines, Inc. (EPPI)
formerly Ebara Benguet, Inc. was incorporated in March 1991 as a pioneer in the manufacture of
Corrosion Resistant Austenitic Stainless Steel Castings.
EPPI plant facilities and main office are located in Canlubang Industrial Estate, City of
Cabuyao, Laguna. In 2003, EPPI was authorized by EBARA CORPORATION to market and sell
EBARA standard pumps and related after sales service in the Philippines.
Ebara Pumps Philippines, Inc., has an extensive global network with Ebara Group’s
subsidiaries and affiliated companies located throughout the world. EBARA also has well-
established manufacturing facilities in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

3b Working Physical skills or efforts required is not needed. The job entails to talking,
Environment/Special listening, walking to different department. There is no exposure to heat or
Circumstances any potential harm.

3c Job Boundaries The tasks is often have specific purpose. Priorities and deadlines on
quotations and purchase orders should be strictly observed. Recording of
inventory should be on focus.
4. Dimensions The quality of the work of staff can be determine if the materials ordered
arrived before expected timeline. If there is ship out it should be reported to
the general manager of the department. Difficulties will mostly encountered
is in inventory management, when the truck arrives and there is not enough
space for the products. It also occurs when the suppliers did not deliver the
orders in time. This could impact the production that will lead to down
times due to the delay of materials.

Knowledge of office
Computer literacy (MS Office in particular)
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines)

Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels
BS degree in Business Administration or any related course
6. Behavioural Competencies
Staff should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, highly organized, and
attentive to detail. In order to successfully support the department, they must be able to manage multiple
priorities and once, solve problems, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They
should be reliable individuals who are always willing to help.

are just some of the traits that employers look for in candidates. Emphasizing hard skills alone is not
the limit, it must include the personality traits developed at home, at church, or in pursuing interests.
