The 1st-week Project Schedule was distributed and discussed. The following Schedule items
need follow up:
Permit application under review, building permit is in hand, occupational permit is in hand,
demolition permit is in hand. Site has been investigation by the Geotechnical Engineer.
Facilities for the Engineer has been issued.
Project safety issues were discussed, with the following key points:
All Hands safety meeting will be held Monday mornings starting @ 7:00am
Proper PPE must be worn at all times on jobsite including (Hard Hats, Safety Glasses and High
Visibility Vests or T-shirts, Over the Ankle Work Boots.
