Professional experience:

Working as Network Engineer with 3+years of Experience in Accenture Solutions Private Limited.

Client: - Verizon Cloud Services

 Supporting Verizon customers by providing various network services.

 Handling LAN&WAN Activations.
 Failover testing

 Working for Verizon Cloud services as a Network Implementation Engineer.

 Network Implementation engineer is responsible for all network changes in new customer
deployments and on production network.
 Working on different type of Implementation work orders (i.e., Build Manifest, (IOS
Upgradations), TTS (Transition to Support) Remediation’s, Standard Device Decommission
Firewall rules, Load Balancer configurations).
 Build a brand-new environment to customers.
 Handling all new requests from existing customers that includes Switch port configurations,
ACL configurations, switch & firewall port turn up and creating VIP etc.
 Prepare script and represent in CAB (if necessary). Execute changes in maintenance window.
 Perform IOS upgrade (Switches) of Verizon devices.
 Participate in calls with sales and customer for designing solutions that fit to customer
requirement.
 Co-ordinate with customers and IPM (Implementation Project Manager) for gathering
requirements of customer.
 Deploy new hardware and perform configuration as per solution decided in sales call.
 Discussing with the customer for change implementation plan and explaining the same to the
team members and working along with the team.
 Handle customer migrations from shared environment to dedicated hardware and vice versa.
 Participate in troubleshooting calls if necessary.
 Tools Used:

 SDP(Service Delivery Platform).

 HPNA(HP Network Automation).
 TTS (Transission to Support).

Summary of Skills:

 Knowledge on OSI and TCP/IP model.

 Excellent understanding of switching protocols like VLAN, VTP & STP.
 Knowledge of Routing Protocols like RIP, OSPF & EIGRP.
 Good understanding in Firewall technologies and has hands on experiences on CISCO ASA (5500
Series).

 Responsible for implement, monitoring and troubleshooting all network equipment necessary to
run an efficient LAN/WAN.
 Setting Hostnames, Banners, Passwords, encrypting passwords, Descriptions, Port speed
upgradation, Duplex and implementing VLANs, ACLs & NAT.

 IOS upgradation for L2, L3 SWITCHES and Router

 Configuration of HSRP

 I used to Handle Cisco 1700, 2900, 3550 series of SWITCHES

 Handling Cisco 1750, 2500, 2600, 3725 and 4500 Series Routers
