The information system will be tested and deployed to the Economic Enterprise Office
(EEO) for acceptance. If the office agrees to adopt the system, the developers will hand over the
system to the EEO personnel. The developers will deploy the system and give training to the users
Implementation Results
Figure 27 shows the block of codes used to create the database of the system. These codes
enabled the creation of database which will be the proper repository of data of the Market Rental
Information System.
Figure 28 shows the block of codes to calculate the rental billing of every stall owned by
the lessee. These codes are used to automatically calculate and generate the rental fee of every stall
per month.
Figure 29 shows the block of codes to generate reports such as monthly and yearly
statement of collection, market information and monthly comparative graph. These codes are used
to generate a printed output of the statement of collection and the comparative graph.
During this phase, the developers fixed the bugs and errors that occurred during the testing
to make the system more secure. Also, the developers’ pilot tested the system to the client to see
if all the functionalities of the system was doing what the client expects and if all features are
operational. The developers conducted a series of training upon the deployment of the system on
January 21, 2018 at Economic Enterprise office, Pigcawayan to be able to let the users familiarize
In the implementation plan, all objectives of the study were achieved. The first
objective is to provide efficient and effective storage of market information thru a relational
Second, create monthly bill of every stall per phase and monitor collection that
automatically computes the previous and current payment record in batch (See Appendix
B).
Third, generate and print reports such as the monthly and yearly statement of
collection, market information, and monthly comparative graph (See Appendix C).
Lastly, assess the performance of the system using the Usefulness, Satisfaction and
The Usefulness, Satisfaction and Ease of Use survey was conducted at Economic
Enterprise Office with two respondents. One is female and the other is male. The ages of
the respondents were also collected, ranging from 20 – 50. According to the USE survey
conducted to the client, the result has shown 70% which is according to studies, a result of
above 68% is above average and this implies that the Market Rental Information System
is indeed usable in the current setting and context (See Appendix E).

Based on the result and findings gathered, the developers would like to recommend
to the future developers to add themes to the system to make it more attractive and
presentable so the users can have a lot of options. Also, update the functionalities of the
