1. Tell me about yourself. - Cuéntame sobre ti.

I work in CCTV in Cementos Argos Company. I am from the city of Medellin, I am twenty-

six years old. - Yo trabajo en CCTV en la empresa Cementos Argos. Yo soy de la

ciudad de Medellín, yo tengo 26 años.

2. Why should we hire you or buy your product? - ¿Por qué deberíamos

contratarlo o comprar su producto?

I know the needs of the company, given that I work in this. my product has the solution to

many of the needs of the company. I am focused on improving the security conditions of

Cementos Argos I have the product to do it, Ingresos Online. - Conozco las necesidades

de la compañía, dado que trabajo en esta. mi producto cuenta con la solución a

muchas de las necesidades de la compañía. Yo estoy enfocado en mejorar las

condiciones de seguridad de Cementos Argos, cuento con el producto para hacerlo…

Ingresos Online.

3. What is your greatest strength? - ¿Cuál es tu mayor fortaleza?

Work in this company and know your needs - Trabajar en esta empresa y conocer sus

necesidades.

4. What is your greatest weakness? - ¿Cuál es tu mayor debilidad?

My biggest weakness is the lack of time, my working day is very long. - Mi mayor

debilidad es la falta de tiempo, mi jornada laboral es muy larga.

 5. Why do you want to work here? ¿Por qué quiere trabajar aquí?

Because it is the most important multinational in the country and my dream is to be here.

- Porque es la multinacional mas importante del pais y mi sueño es estar aqui.

6. Why did you leave your last job? ¿Por qué dejaste tu último trabajo?

It was necessary to continue my training. The experience was wonderful. - Era necesario

para continuar con mi formacion. La experiencia fue maravillosa.

7. What is your greatest accomplishment? ¿Cuál es su mayor logro?

Have changed jobs and leave the comfort zone. - Haber cambiado de trabajo y salir de

la zona de confort.

8. Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it. Describe una

situación laboral difícil y lo que hizo para superarlo.

Working and studying at the same time is difficult, but distributing time is possible. -

Trabajar y estudiar al mismo tiempo es dificil, pero distribuyendo el tiempo es

posible.

9. Where do you see yourself in five years? ¿Dónde te ves en cinco años?

With my career finished and contributing to improve this company. - Con mi carrera

terminada y contribuyendo a mejorar esta compañía.

10. Do you have any questions for me? ¿Tienes alguna pregunta para mí?

I have possibilities to enter this company. - Tengo posibilidades de ingresar a esta

compañía.
