What is the Purpose of Your Visit OR Why you want to travel Portugal?
We have one Client (Banco CTT Bank) in Portugal and I am going there for work permit, to support the
CTT bank in terms of Functionally/Technically and also some customization need be done from our side.
That's why I am travelling.
Why company chosen you only for travelling, why not others?
Actually, my company works on banking Product and CTT bank required some employee to be there
from our company who can support them. Since, I know the banking concepts good, functionally and
technically wise. Hence, my company chosen me for travel and I'm travelling to Portugal on behalf of my
company.
What is your Travelling date and when you will return?
My travel date is 25-Feb-2018 and my returning date is 26-May-2018
Can You reschedule a shorter Trip? Why Do You Need Three/Month Visa?
To implement the project and to give them support, the bank team required support for 3 months
Do You Have a covered health Insurance for this Journey and up to what amount?
Yes, it is of XXXXXXXX (show them the insurance covering letter)
Have You Booked Or Bought The Flight Ticket?
Yes (show them the booked flight ticket)
How long are you going to stay?
I am going there for 90 days.
How much is your salary or how much do you earn?
Its 44K per/month
How long have you been working in this company?
I am working in this current organization from last one and half years
Where are you going to stay?
My company is providing accommodation there for me, we have already booked the Hotel there for
such durations (show them the hotel booking confirmation)
Who will pay for your visit?
My company is going to take care my all the expenditure.
What will you do if your visa will be rejected?
I would like to know the reason for rejection and accordingly I will prepare for the second chance Visa
application
How much this journey will cost you?
Client is providing me 63.3 EURO per day (79.79 Rs)—> Rs.4,54,563/- in 90 days

Country?
It’s my permanent job in India and I am very happy with my current job profile. I am working in a
Product based company, where we have to satisfy/keep happy to our client with our product & services.
I am travelling Portugal to deliver/fulfill our client requirement.
How do we know you will return home within the visa allowed period?
My parents are staying in India, I’m 5 siblings, one of my sister marriage is in this year Nov. I have so
many responsibilities on me. So, definitely I have to come back after my travel duration end.
