Personal For personal trade, China has many factories and they produce tons and tons of product.
Then, they sent their product around China and the factory makes money. In personal trade,
there’s also a little bit of global trade too because some of the stuff came from another
country and that’s global trade. The problem now is that the workers are losing their jobs
because some place was really expensive and so most worker goes to China to work.

“In the 1990s, the United States produced six times as many factory goods compared to
China. The U.S. was the leader in factory production.

Recently, this has changed. China now makes almost twice as many factory goods as the

From these quotes, it shows that the U.S also have a lot of industry but because the money
there was expensive, the worker starts moving to a cheaper place like China.

Sometimes low skilled worker can cause a big problem. In Thailand, the Thai fish company
was caught using Myanmar and Laos worker and doesn’t pay them their salary. This was a
very big problem for many companies because most of the country buy fishes from that
company.

“There have been many stories about the terrible working conditions in Thailand. One report
discovered slavery in the fish business. More than 2,000 fishermen were rescued after people
read the story. Last year, Nestle asked a group to check out the problem. The group is called
Verite. It also discovered that children are forced to catch fish.” (Associated Press,)

National “​Developing economies often farm. They may also sell raw materials to developed countries.
Some raw materials are oil, coal, iron, rubber, and wood.” (National Geographic)
From this quote, it shows that all poor country need to keep farming their and selling their
resources while the rich country buys it and gave them money. When the developing country
keeps doing this, they’re destroying their own resources and that causes pollution and much
more.

citizens bought $22 billion worth of homes in the United States in the 12 months that ended in

From the quotes, it shows that many Chinese people are buying houses in the U.S because
they want clean air there and better education for their children. These reasons help the U.S
gain a lot of money because so many Chinese people had brought a lot of houses. If this
keeps going on, U.S economy would rise up a lot.
Global The first global trade event that happen was the same as the national trade where many
chinese people are buying houses at U.S. This event is considered as global trade because
this trade happen between China and U.S and both country are far from each other. Also,
some chinese product might be imported to U.S and much more country and that’s also a
global trade because many developing country are buying chinese product due to the cheap
price.

“In developed countries, most adults work. Yet in a developing country many people could be
without a job. That country would have a high unemployment rate.” (National Geographic)

From this sentence, it shows that people developed country usually have a job, which mean
they make more money. This sentence is comparing that people in developing country often
doesn’t have a job which mean they make less money and have to rely on cheap product that
come from China.

The good thing about modern-day trade is that
people can experience much different product
and different technology from a different part of
the world. Sometimes this leads to huge
immigration (peaceful) between country. People
will be able to share their culture easier and
faster because of technology.
The bad thing about modern trade is that sometimes
the system of economies inside a developing country
had lead to an unfair salary for low skilled worker and
causes a protest between the worker and the
government. This situation happened in Cambodia and
there was a lot of violence. Also, sometimes the
system was much worst. Most poor country workers
were forced to work for the fishes company in Thailand
for free without salary and they gain less food.
