DAILY INCENTIVE PROGRAM

“Mcrewards”
 OBJECTIVE
Mcrewards is daily incentive program launch by Customer Experience
Department that will motivate all crews to work hard with a heart and be passionate by
executing a high standard quality service and products. This program believes to drive
excitement and energy to crew by making their best to hit the target and get one of it.
Enthusiastic shift, increase sales, feel good moments and a high QSC level are
expected.

TARGET MARKET/BENEFICIARY
ALL SERVICE CREWS AND GEL’S

STORE LOCATION
This incentive program is only valid for 430 Mcdonald’s Sto. Tomas located at
Maharlika Highway, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Philippines.

 Knowledgeable in Market Focus 2019
 Feel Good Moments
 Suggestive Selling and Upselling
 Standard Crew Appearance
 Energetic ,initiative and well passionate crew
 MECHANICS
 Target Focus will be tackled in pre-meal briefing by the MIC and
Service Manager and it should be well communicated to each service
crew.

 Service Manager is expected to verify each crew regarding the

Market Focus 2019 and Departmental Highlights has it is included to
the criteria of Mcrewards.

 Each front counter and drive thru crew must record the number of
gained target focus and it should be sign by the service manager.

 Unsigned records of gained target is not valid to get a Mcrewards.

 Mcrewards will also be given by the manager to a certain crew who is

initiative and performs well apart from hitting the target.

 Mcrewards has corresponding amount which is 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 ,50

and the highest is 100. Each of it can redeem a certain prize, the
higher the amount the higher the prizes.

 If the crew got 15 instead of the target 25 Medium EVM, they will get
Mcrewards 10 only. Below 10 is not acceptable.

 Service Manager will gather all the total gained target focus at the
end of their shift and give the corresponding Mcrewards amount.

 Mcrewards will be claim after their work and it should be signed by

service manager and the service crew.

 Highest total gained target focus or hitting beyond the said target will
also receive extra incentive to be given by service manager.

 Mcrewards is exclusively valid to Mcdonalds Sto. Tomas only.
