Asthma bronchial including disease Chronic often happen in Century children

this enough disturbing the individual's health status within run function physical, grow
develop, and mentally for child. The "asthma" comes from from language Greek which
means "difficult breathe. Asthma is something inflammation chronic from channel breath
that causes activity respiration limited and attack arrived need governance immediately
and possibility cause death. (GINA, 2015).
The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in
children with bronchial asthma, the causes and consequences, and how to treat bronchial
asthma in children in general at the hospital.
Method in this study the descriptive observational study used a case study
approach. The type of instrument used is the assessment format of the existing
reference. The method of data collection in this study was conducted by interview,
observation, physical examination and documentation studies. In this study using
two objects, namely Patient. N and Patient. C. This research was conducted at dr. Abdul
Aziz Singkawang Hospital 2019 in space child with Participants in diagnosis suffer from
asthma bronchial .
Care nursing through approach from the nursing process that consists from
assessment, diagnosis nursing, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Existence
approach care nursing on patient asthma evidently give away the results are good.
Results research of both patients are welcome have complaint crowded breath, breathe
using nose cupping, wheezing and coughing. At Patient N are 3 diagnoses were obtained
that is ineffectiveness clean street breath related with enhancement sputum production,
ineffectiveness pattern breath related with obstruction street breath, anxiety related with
separation child with environment that isn't normal and procedure that causes distress.
And to Patient C are get 3 diagnostics that is ineffectiveness clean street breath related
with enhancement sputum production, ineffectiveness pattern breath related with
obstruction street breath hiperterm related with decline autoimmune, Intervention is done
corresponding with review existing the teories and in implementation to both patients
adjust with what has been planned corresponding in tervensi. From 3 diagnoses, Patient
N are 2 diagnosis done and 1 diagnosis tight partially , where as to Patient C from 3
diagnoses, all diagnose resolved all corresponding with criteria results are determined.
Conclusion: Nursing care of children with asthma bronchial in space child
dr.Abdul Aziz Hospital in 2019 was in accordance with the expected goals. In do
implementation not there is difficulty.
