Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities

Repair and Maintenance of  ICT Equipment and Network

 Hardware, Software and internet setup installation and maintenance.

 Maintenance of Network Infrastructure.
 Provide network access to all staff, control over data and network security;
 Antivirus installation and update.
 Troubleshoot hardware, software and network.
 Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate.

 ICT Equipment Procurement Support

 Prepare specifications for ICT equipment purchases.

 Process ordering, buying and installation of any ICT related equipment and software.
 Identify and recommend relevant ICT technologies for the company operations.

 Capacity building Support on ICT and Data Management

 Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.

 Establish and support computerized data handling technique.
 Introduce and build the capacity of staffs on ICT use.
 Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.

Job Requirements
Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related Fields

Experience: Three Years relevant work experience in information Technology areas

Essential knowledge or special skill requirements

 Capacity to identify, prioritize and implement new ideas in ICT for the company.
 Ability to coach and train people at different level.
 Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.

Behavioral Competency

 Team player and capacity to prioritize tasks.

 Willingness to work under stress and after office hours.
 Detail oriented ability to prioritize activities.
 Motivation to learn new systems and techniques.
 Follow company policies, rules and principles.
