2 protective glas screen for the Xiaomi A2 Phone

NARRATIVE

I ordered a phone, a case and a protective glass screen trough Amazon Canada (ORDER # 702-6832776-3065041), to be
delivered to my cousin who lives in Canada. I put her address on the shippment details but the amazon system switched to
her previous address, either due to a bug or an user interface mistake. The itens were delivered to that addres (the one listed
on the incident) and I called the building to see if the package was still there so I could go and get it. Neither the doorman nor
the person who currently resides on the address said a package was delivered. I called the amazon support to investigate
what happened and they said the package was marked as delivery, so they did not have it anymore. I also called the carrier
responsible for the delivery and the post offices nearby and they all said the package was delivered.

Taking all this into account, the only possible situation to explain the missing package is that it was stolen after the delivery
happened, so I decided to file the police report.
