Lesson title: A slice of life
Type of lesson: written evaluation
Time allowed: 50 minutes
Aims:
 to test the grammar knowledge that the students achieved in the last unit
 assess the development of the Ps’ writing skills
By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
 Identify specific pieces of information in the given text;
 Use the appropriate targeted phrasal verb in a narrative;
 To number the adjectives in the correct order;
 Describe someone.

ASSUMED KNOWLEDGE: The pupils are familiar with the vocabulary and with the targeted
structures.
ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS: some students may have problems identifying the correct
adjective and its right order, some pupils may find it difficult to add details in the narrative
composition
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS: they will be helped with all the necessary explanations and
examples in order to understand the structures.
