To Whom It May Concern:

I am the Head Cheerleading Coach at the University of Cincinnati and Stacie Vorhees is one of my
athletes. Her hard work and drive to succeed won her a position in our nationally ranked cheerleading
program as an incoming freshman. She is a dedicated and hard-working young woman who successfully
balances the rigorous practice, game, and travel requirements of a varsity athlete with the educational
demands of a student who is motivated to excel.

As UC athletes, cheerleaders are expected to have excellent communication and time management skills
and a positive attitude. Cheerleaders are highly visible members of the University as well as the
Cincinnati community. Their actions and behaviors are under constant observation. Stacie represents the
University well with the athletic boosters and fans, as well as within the Cincinnati community. She is a
crowd favorite. It is a common sight to see Stacie giving high fives and hugs to the grade-school age kids
that attend the games. When it comes to her teammates, she leads by example which is why she is
respected by the squad.

Stacie’s excellent organizational skills enable her to be a top performer athletically and academically. As
an athlete, she is versatile and accepts challenges enthusiastically. She is an active participant above and
beyond the required practices, games, performances, and special events and volunteers for charity as well
as corporate and non-profit events. In addition, Stacie has been involved in teaching camps for high
school, junior high, and elementary school cheerleaders as a UC Cheerleader. She is an excellent teacher
and motivator and her organizational skills, work ethic and dedication are outstanding.

In summary, Stacie is truly an ambassador for the University of Cincinnati. She is highly driven to excel.
She is versatile, accepts challenges enthusiastically, and is a positive member of the cheerleading
program, the University of Cincinnati, and the Cincinnati community. If given the opportunity, I have no
doubt that Stacie will be a great addition as well as an asset to your School District. Please contact me at
