 Facilitated a digital badge based course using Passport for undergraduate students in an
introduction to educational technology course.
 Led weekly lab sessions where students worked to develop instructional design
competency by using technology tools including research and social bookmarking, video
production, presentation, and website development.
 Mentored students through an instructional design project where they developed an
interactive module which included presentations and instructional videos.
 Trained new TA’s via mentorship and co-instruction.

 Results of initial pilot testing indicated intervention success as changes in behavioral and
attitudinal domains were noted and participants reported satisfaction with their
experience.

 Formative evaluation and initial pilot testing indicated projected goals were met, nurses
found the content relevant to their daily task, and the format was enjoyable.
