• Marketed the business locally, developing relationships with hoteliers and concierge services and local
businesses to refer clients. Built a client base of over 12,000 customers.

Directly responsible for overall operation of 22 Retail Chain Stores located in Central and West Florida, Georgia
and Alabama with $110M in annual revenue.

• Presented and expedited solutions to store receiving procedures and inventory control eliminating shrink in
the stores by 60 basis points.
