In general, there are three purposes of business communication.

They are :
1) Informing
The first goal in business communications is to provide information relating to the business
world to the other, an example of a leader company wants employees who are expected, then

2) Persuading
The second purpose of business communication is to give appreciation to the other side so

3) Collaborating
A third goal in business communications is a collaboration, or business cooperation between a

In doing business communications, there are two general benefits that can be obtained.
