A RESOLUTION EXTENDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

AMOUNTING P 2,200.00 TO THE SPED CLASS OF NORCACES,
THIS CITY THRU HON. ROGELIO T. CONCHA, JR., BRGY. CAPTAIN
OF BRGY. 8-POBLACION, THIS CITY TO HELP DEFRAY EXPENSES
IN CONNECTION WITH THE CELEBRATION OF THE
NATIONAL DISABILITY PREVENTION AND REHABILITATION WEEK
ON JULY 16-23, 2013 CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE LEGISLATIVE
CONSTITUENCY SUPPORT PROGRAM (LCSP) APPROPRIATION OF THE
SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OFFICE

WHEREAS, presented for consideration is the letter from Mr. Armel P.

Lozada, SPED Class President noted by Mrs. Theresa A. Dueñas, SPED Class Adviser
of NORCACES, this City asking financial assistance to help defray expenses in
connection with the celebration of the National Disability Prevention and
Rehabilitation Week on June 16-23, 2013;

WHEREAS, the City Government of Cabadbaran has allocated funds cum

Legislative Constituency Support Program (LCSP) under the Office of the
Sangguniang Panlungsod intended to support the needs of the constituents;

WHEREAS, having found the request worthy of support, the August Body
compassionately agreed to pledge the amount of Two Thousand Two Hundred
Pesos ( P 2,200.00) chargeable against the Legislative Constituency Support Program
appropriation.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 3rd Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 1st Regular

Session assembled, to extend financial assistance amounting P 2,200.00
to the SPED Class of NORCACES, this City thru Hon. Rogelio T. Concha,
Jr., Brgy. Captain of Brgy. 8-Poblacion, this City to help defray expenses in
connection with the celebration of the National Disability Prevention and
Rehabilitation Week on July 16-23, 2013 chargeable against the Legislative
Constituency Support Program (LCSP) appropriation of the Sangguniang
Panlungsod Office.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution to the City

Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Treasurer and to Hon. Rogelio T.
Concha, Jr., Brgy. Captain of Brgy. 8-Poblacion, all of this City, for information
and guidance.
