The intent of the study is the preparation of a document that covers all aspects, such as technical, economic, financial, social, institutional, rules and regulations etc. that will have an influence and an impact on the execution of the project allowing to define the conditions for the execution, viability and profitability, also defining a program for the stages past project construction.
