Home-delivered meals Up to five days after your hospital visit:

 For members discharged for post-operative recovery or new

 Must be Equate-brand or CVS-brand tests

Test Assessing Secondary To help get your high school equivalency degree
Completion (TASC) assistance  For members 16 and older and those eligible to take the exam
 Covers the cost of the exam

Hypoallergenic bedding Must have referral from your provider or case manager
