ABOUT THE INDEX

IRAC’s Index of Unpublished Decisions of the Board of Immigration Appeals
contains links to more than 2,500 unpublished BIA decisions selected for their potential to
assist noncitizens in removal proceedings. The Index is designed to be downloaded as a
PDF and viewed on a computer or tablet. All decisions in the Index are organized by topic.
Clicking the name of a decision directs users to a webpage where it can be freely viewed
and downloaded. To preview the Index, visit www.irac.net/unpublished/index.

IRAC updates the Index on a monthly basis. Each month, purchasers of the Index
will receive both an updated version of the Index as well as a separate list of decisions
added since the last update. For individual purchasers, the cost of the 2019 edition is $100.

GROUP PRICING OPTIONS

The Index is an electronic book that may not be e-mailed (or otherwise shared
electronically) without IRAC’s express written consent. IRAC will provide such consent to
firms, law schools, and non-profits at the rates listed below. For example, a law school clinic
wanting six persons to have electronic access to the Index would pay $480.
