When citing exactly (copy and pasting content) from a source then indent the text towards right,
use double-quotes, put the text in italic but do not make the double-quotes italic:

“For example this text is italic and indented towards the right side. Also, pay attention
that the double-quotes are not italic. Another thing to note is that the full-stop is put
inside the double-quotes.”2

Special Instructions:

1. Do not repeat the Title and the Name of the writer on every page
2. Do not use Wikipedia, WikiHow, Quora or any other discussion forum for the purpose
of citations.
3. Do not use upper case letters unnecessarily.
4. Do not underline any text.
5. When making creating a list, use the ‘Numbering’ feature from the home tab, instead
of typing the numbers.
6. Do not repeat citations, instead use ‘supra’ and ‘ibid’/ ‘Id.’ for repetitive citations.
7. When referring from a book, use the citations (if any) for that text in the book. For
instances – if in the book the author has referred to another book and has cited it in the
footnotes then you must also cite the same in your article.
8. Plagiarism is only allowed up to 20%.
9. Put a full-stop/period at the end of every footnote.

11. Use font-size 12 and font-style Times New Roman for everything else.
12. Use font 1.5 spacing.
13. Links should be cited in the following manner:
Name of the Author, Name of article, INSTITUTIONAL OWNER OF
DOMAIN (Month date, year, time), URL.
14. Error citing books in footnotes and references. Books shall be cited in the following
manner for footnotes and references respectively :
Author's Full Name, The Title Of The Book, The Page Cited, Editor's Name
(If Applicable), Edition (If Applicable), Year Of Publication.
