MESSAGE CAGUTSAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
My warmest congratulations to the graduates of Teaching Staff
Sugbay Elementary School for this School Year 2018-2019!
This year’s theme, “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All” (Pagkakaisa
sa Pagkakaiba: Kalidad na Edukasyon Para sa Lahat) encourages everyone to pay
respect to our culture. Let us always believe that our differences in many aspects cannot
hinder in achieving our common goal- providing quality, accessible, relevant and
liberating basic education for all learners. Unity can still be realized as long as every one
will give value to others’ outlooks in life.
The Department of Education is consistent in preparing learners for their future Mrs. Shirley Ponio Chato

a new beginning as you face a more challenging phase as a lifetime learner.
Be equipped, well- braced as you follow your dreams and continue to building
the Filipino nation!
