Executive Summary

The Business Development will focus on customer acquisition. Business


development entails tasks and processes to develop and implement growth
opportunities within and between organizations. It is a subset of the fields of
business, commerce and organizational theory.

IMPORTANCE OF PROJECT REPORT

The project report is an extremely important aspect of the project. It should be


properly structured and also necessary to include the appropriate information
regarding the project. The aim of the project is to produce a good project report
which satisfy the expectations of the clients which developed during the project
duration defined.

Learning how to write an effective report is an important skill and requires


attention to the most salient aspects of management process. Here are useful
strategies for writing a project management report.

 Identify the audience


 Decide on the length of the report in advance
 Divide the contents of the report into clearly labelled categories
 Use formatting techniques to guide the attention of readers

A promising start-up focused on simplified payments solutions promoted by ex-


bankers with a cumulative experience of 50+ years in the managerial capacity in
specialized areas such as Digital Payment Solutions, Physical Payments,
ecommerce Acquiring business, Digital Wallet Solutions, Electronic Banking
products apart from Cash Management and Transaction Banking products.

They provide payment solution and cash management solution for B2B and
B2C space with focus on Hyperlocal, Shared economy, ecommerce and retail

Payso Fintech Private Limited's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was last held
on 30 September 2016 and as per records from Ministry of Corporate Affairs
(MCA), its balance sheet was last filed on 31 March 2016.

Course work- Had to sell a payment gateway product in the name Payso which
was supported by Kotak Mahindra Bank and Ratnakar Bank Ltd. This project is
a product which is supported by Government of India under the banner name of
BHIM which has a tie-up with Visa card, Master card.

Project- We promoted this QR code and sold the application to the


merchandisers in a particular geographical area. There was no restriction in
selling to a particular sector barring Jewellery were kept out. The motto was to
Digitalise India and to promote cashless economy with a purpose to maximum
population.

Job Description:

I was selling and canvassing to Merchandisers from Thane to Thakurli

I had sold it to various sectors like Hotels, Malls and supermarkets, Salons,
Furniture and furnishing showrooms, Interiors and decorators and so on.

In short whichever shops and establishments came in the area I had approached
them.

In 9 weeks of training visited approximately 200-250 establishments and shops

LEARNINGS

It was quite a knowledgeable experience. While interacting with customers


faced several live problems and avenues to resolve the same.

In this working tenure confidence of one self on the subject which I have chosen
has increased and now I am looking to the academic knowledge which I would
be gaining from my MMS course.
