Since leave cetits are not convertble to cash, Employee is stongy encouraged to use all lave credits during the calendar year earned Any ramainng accruad leave net used by December 21 may only be carried over unti March 21% of the folowing year. NON-CONPETITION In the event Employee is soparated or terminated fron employment for whatever teason, he shall not seek employment n a local or foreign fim doing business in the Philippines nor establish or set up a business offering simlar services for a period of ona (1) year fom date of separation or termination, without the prior notice to Emokyer.
