4. APPOINTMENT

2. COMPENSATION

3. REGULARIZATION OF EMPLOYMENT

by regular employeaa, Vacation and sick loaves shall be tated on exiatng laws and

4, VACATION AND BENEFITS.
4.1 Upon regularization, Employee will be entitled to seven (7) days vacafon and
seven (7) days sick leave for each year of actual employment. Empioyee is
‘expected 1o accrue leaves below he can apply fori. Since leave cetits are not
convertble to cash, Employee is stongy encouraged to use all lave credits
during the calendar year earned Any ramainng accruad leave net used by
December 21 may only be carried over unti March 21% of the folowing year.
Should there be cases wherein the Company disapproves any leave application
of an Employee due to hectic workloads andior urgent deadines, mating t
Iimpossble for the Employee to apply for such leaves prior to ts expiration, a
omesponding cash conversion of such leave shall be alowed,
4.2 Employee wil be pad regular wage dumg regular holidays including: New
‘Years’ Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, April 9, Labor Day, Independence
Day, PhibAm Friendship Day, All Souls. Day, Christmas Day, Rizal Day.
Employee wil also contnue to receive hisiher reguar pay during spedal non-

5. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Employee shall perform the dities and responsibilites that is postion or jod
necessary enials, as may be contained in his pb descrtion or 2s may be
feasonably assigned lo him by the company fom time to tne. The spect:

Scope of Work and Job Descrpton, which herein Employee acknowledges to

5.2 Employee is obliged to perform his duties loyal. Indepandenty, industrously to

PLACE OF WORK
Employee's prmary piace of work wal be Mania, Phiippmes. Employee agrees

‘exigencies of the business, the organizatoral requrements of the company and
the responsibilties of Employee's postion. Employee may be required to travel
{rom time to time.
HOURS OF WORK
Employee shall rondor a minimum of cignt (8) hours of work por day and roport

OVERTIME WORK
Incase the demands ofthe business or ne company woud requre Employee to
work more than is regular work scredule, ne may be required to render
overime work Overtime work is not compensable for managerial employees
unless otherwise declared by managemest. Allowances for meal or
transportation wil be provided on a case-to-case basis in accordance with

NON-CONPETITION
In the event Employee is soparated or terminated fron employment for whatever
teason, he shall not seek employment n a local or foreign fim doing business in
the Philippines nor establish or set up a business offering simlar services for a
period of ona (1) year fom date of separation or termination, without the prior
notice to Emokyer.
