1.It will require at least 135 kgs resin to start the printing by SLA520
printer (500X420X350 mm)
Lowest material requested
2.If print many models in whole platform, please add resin material to
by SLA520 printer

3.If just print 2-3 models,you did not need material at begining.

1. 1 year. (From the clients receive the goods)

2. If it is caused by human factors,we will charge the raw cost of the

Warranty (Machine) parts and shipping cost.

3. If it is caused by the Machine itself, we will bare the cost of the parts
and shipping cost.

1. Warranty of the laser:18 months. (From the clients receive the

goods)

1.1 Within 18 months, if it is parts problem itself, we will bare the raw
cost of the parts and shipping cost.
1.2 If it casued by human factor,The client will bare the raw cost of the
parts and shipping cost.

2. After 18 months, if there is some problems,it will need to be

maintenanced.
Main Part
Laser maintenance 2.1 For maintenance cost,it will depends on the issues
happened,usually just need to change some parts inside the laser. The
maintenance cost is about RMB10,000.00,it will depends on the
maintenance situation.

2.2 Repair method: The clients will sent back the broken parts to our
factory and we will repair the parts successfully, then send back to the
client to assembly the parts by themselves.
All happend cost including round shipping cost, maintenance cost will
be at client's side.
( Maintenance cost consider 2.1 )
 1.Customer can send personal to our factory in Quanzhou,Fujian
province, to learn and training on how to assembly and use of the
machine,simple issues checking and how to use the software.

1.1 Traning time: About 7-30 days until clients knew the skills.
1.2 We can provide the living room of our factory for free during the
training, but if the client need to book hotel, the cost will at client's side.

2.Within 1 year warranty, if customer need our employee to your

After-sale service country,customer will bare the cost of round-trip flight ticket and
recommendation cost. ( But not include to Syria)

3. After 1 year warranty, if need after-sale service, the client will bare
the cost of round-trip flight ticket,rocommendation cost and salary of
our employee for USD100.00 per day.

4.Following countries with any scale war ,we can not send our
personal to customer's place.
