 Project Summary

A. Name of Enterprise

The name of the proposed business is Dinah and Fred

Auditing Services. The name was derived from its two

owners; Mr. Alfred Christopher M. Agoot and Mrs. Merish

Dinah A. Rebuldela. The services that the business offers

will include Audit of Financial Statements and Issuance of

Auditor’s Note.

The researchers believe that using “Dinah & Fred

Auditing Services” as the business name will make it simple

and easy to identify.

B. Location

The business will be located at the 2nd floor, room 301

of DNCP Building, above Villarica Pawnshop, City of San

Fernando La Union. The place was chosen by the researchers

considering the accessibility and proximity of the proposed

business.
