TASKS:

COMMON TASKS are to:


• Create the teams
• Create national web pages of the project (parts of the common site) and regularly update
them
• Prepare a Project corner
• Test students' English knowledge at the beginning of the project, in the middle and at the
end of it
• Create questionnaires for the beginning, mid and final evaluation
• Organize meetings with the stakeholders
• Select students for exchange meetings
• Participate in the Learning/Teaching/Training Activities (teachers and students)
• Disseminate activities at school after every visit
• Apply CLIL in project work and materials
• Share project results, products with the project coordinator (for the Erasmus+ Project
Results
Platform)
• Write mid-term and final reports
• Create a viable and detailed Business Plan
• Teach students' how to create a Europass CV and the Europass Language Passport (at the
end of
the project)
• Create a variety of WebQuest
During project meetings school coordinators or responsible persons will attend a project
coordinating
meeting, where the most important project matters will be discussed and decisions will be
made.
Joint improvement of the project implementation will build project's European dimension.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

COORDINATOR:
• project implementation supported by a team of school coordinators from each school
• ensure proper project flow according to project timetable
• involve project partners as much as possible in every step of the project
• create the YouTube channel with videos recorded during the activities
• create the booklet
• publish project results on the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform

SCHOOL COORDINATORS:
• guide the team of teachers and pupils during the project
• organize tasks on local level
• provide necessary communication with other partners and the National Agency
• ensure implementation of CLIL for Social Entrepreneurship

BY COUNTRIES:
• ROMANIA - creating a booklet containing a brief description of the educational system in
each
country, good practice examples, guidelines
• POLAND -creating the project website
• LITHUANIA - informative brochures after each mobility
• TURKEY -the annual e-magazine with information about project meetings, activities, and
students'
and teachers' impressions
• ITALY – a DVD with key aspects and outcomes of the project
• SPAIN- a promotional video of the project
