J Republic of the Philippines DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION NOTICE OF PUBLICATION REGION : CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION VACANT POSITION : ONE (1) REGIONAL PEOPLE’S LAW ENFORCEMENT BOARD (PLEB) PROJECT ASSISTANT II QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: ‘* Graduate of a four-year course, preferably a Baccalaureate Degree holder in Commerce, Development/Social Studies Public Administration or Communications; Must have above average interpersonal skills; Must have good analytical, oral and written communications skills; Must have background on basic planning and budgeting for programs; and Must have the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team and relate well in diverse range of stakeholders at local and international levels POSITION DESCRIPTION: * Provide administrative support to the PLEB Program specifically in planning, budgeting, implementation of activities and coordination with DILG Field Offices and DILG Central Office, other National Government Agencies, Local Government Units and other stakeholder; Manage all incoming and outgoing documents relative to PLEB; Go on fieldwork or to travel in relation to the performance of the above mentioned responsibilities. The Department, through the designated fund source, shall cover actual transportation expenses and daily allowance for food and accommodation not to exceed the daily rate of per diem given to regular employees on official travel, and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and procedures; and * Undertake other functions as may be required. DURATION AND PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT. The contract shall be for a maximum duration until end of March 2019 only. The PLEB Project Assistant will be based at the DILG Regional Office located at Barangay Center, Engineers Hill, Baguio City. The assignment will involve visits to covered DILG Field Offices and LGUs. CONTRACT COST AND PAYMENT DETAILS Payment of the salary for PLEB Project Assistant II in the amount of PhP20,197.00 shall be on a monthly basis, subject to the usual accounting practices and requirements of the Department, and shall be funded and made through PLEB 2018 continuing appropriations.
