Base layer

Technical requirements:
1. As shown in the drawing, dig the pit, then put some cobblestones of
vibration isolation underlying material into the pit. (Proportion of coarse,
medium, thin: 1 : 2 : 3).
2. Pouring the base layer according to the drawing.
3.Filling the vibration isolation ditch with slag& sawdust and fine sand
(proportion 1.5 : 1 : 1).

5.Irrigate waterproof coating with thickness of 3-5 mm.
6.Flatten the top of the isolation ditch with a plank (or iron plate) of width 300
mm and thickness 50 mm.
7.The specific dimensions of the secondary pouring holes are determined by
the outline drawing.
8.The ground shall be measured with a gradienter to ensure the ground level
is under 1/1000.
9.Place the ground screws into the ground screw holes of the machine and
tighten it with hexagonal nuts. Fill cement in the reserved hole of the cement
foundation and tamping it, and then cement is applied around the foundation
to keep it level with the floor. Fill the gap between the foundation and the
vibration machine when filling pouring cement.
