Distributor Status

One who achieves accumulated Group Sales of 18,500


(QSA) BV will qualify for Star Agent. A star agent can
win Catalogue if he has achieved 15000 personal BV.
Silver Star (SS) A Qualified Star Agent must have 3 sponsors in First
Generation to become Silver Star. And once this condition And Accessories
is fulfilled the Silver Star will reach at 31% level.
A Qualified Star Agent must have 5 sponsors in First
Gold Star (GS) Generation to become Gold Star Agent. And once this Mini Laptop
condition is fulfilled the Gold Star will reach at 37% level.
And a Gold Star can win mini Laptop if he has achieved
1,25,000 personal BV.
A person qualifies to be designated as Executive star
who has one Qualified Gold Star of First Generation
along with 5 active QSA’s, (5 active QSA should be
of same Gold Star as mentioned above) under him.
Those 5 QSA’s should be active every month.
Manager Star (MS) Manager Star is a person who sponsors
first generation three Qualified Gold Star* Fund
along with 5 active QSA’s, (5 active QSA should be
of same Gold Star as mentioned above) under him.
Those 5 QSA’s should be active every month.
Senior Manager Star (SMS) Senior Manager Star is a person who
sponsors first generation five Qualified Gold Star* Fund
General Manager Star (GMS) General Manager Star is a person who sponsors Car Fund
first generation seven Qualified Gold Star*
Deputy General Manager Star(DGMS) Deputy General Manager Star is a person who House Fund
sponsors first generation eight Qualified Gold Star*
Chief Manager Star is a person who sponsors Depth Bonus
first generation nine Qualified Gold Star*

Remuneration in Nav Sanjeevani Business Proposal


1. Retail Profit upto 60%

To be entitled for this Group Bonus, you have mandatory to maintain every month 3500 PBV and then you can achieve
next level.

* If a Star Agent (21%) maintains 500 PBV and 3,000 PGSV **, or 18500 PGBV or inclusive of personal BV

he will become a Qualified Star Agent (25%).z

3.Star Group Bonus (25%-37%)


To be entitled for this Star Group Bonus, you must be a SA and maintain i.e.
self generated 3500 PBV or 500 PBV and 3,000 PGBV **(QSA).

4.Leadership Bonus 12%


To be entitled for this Leadership Bonus, you must be a Qualified Gold Star Level and
maintain self generated 3500 PBV and 3,000 PGBV ** (QSA).

5. Royalty Income 5%
When you achieve the Qualified Gold Star Level of the Company then you are
eligible to get Royalty Income 5% of total people Nav Sanjeevani Business Volume
on that particular month. Any 5 QSA’s in First Generation must be active every month
only then Qualified Gold Star/Stars are eligible for Royalty Income.

6. Education Fund 2%
Nav Sanjeevani provides Education Fund to qualified Executive Star Associates.
Education fund has been fixed for education related programs . The education
fund will be used only for company Training Education fixed by the company from
time to time and can not be postponed to the next following year. To Education
programs , one must maintain one Qualified Executive Star Associate and
(i.e. 500PSV + 3000 non-QSA group BV) every month consecutively for two months.
The Education Fund is computed by a point sharing system based on the monthly
BV earned by the Qualifiers each month as per formula shown below :

Total Education Fund Incentive BV earned by all Qualifiers

** PGBV is inclusive of personal BV (i.e. self generated 3500 PBV or 500PBV + 3000 non-QSA group BV).

7. Seminar Travelling Fund 2%


Nav Sanjeevani provides Traveling Fund to qualified Manager Star Associates.
Traveling fund has been fixed for seminars related tours & travels . The traveling
fund will be used only for trips fixed by the company from time to time and can
not be postponed to the next following year. To enjoy Traveling Fund , one must
maintain Three Qualified Gold Star Associate and (i.e. 500PSV + 3000 non-QSA
group BV) every month consecutively for two months. The Traveling Fund is
computed by a point sharing system based on the Traveling Fund points earned
by the Qualifiers each month as per formula shown below :

8. Self Development Fund 2%


Nav Sanjeevani provides Self Development Fund to all the Qualified Senior Manager
Star Associates. 2% of the total monthly Sales volumes of the company will be
distributed amongst all the Qualifiers. The Self Development Fund will given to all
Qualified Senior Manager Star Associates and they must maintain Five Qualified
Gold Star Associates consecutively for two months. (i.e. 500PSV + 3000 non-QSA
group BV) every month consecutively for three month. The qualifier will keep on
enjoying. They must have three Qualified manager Star Associates or above every
month. An associate qualified for the self Development Fund.

The Self Development Fund is computed by a point sharing system based or the Self
Development Fund points earned by the qualifiers each month as per formula shown
below :

9. Car Fund 2%
Nav Sanjeevani Provides Car Fund to all Qualified General Manager Star Associates.
2%of the Total Monthly Business Volumes of the company will be distributed amongst
all the Qualifiers. The car fund will be given to all Qualified Manager Star Associates
and they must maintain Seven Qualifier Gold star associates consecutively for two
months. The Qualifier will keep on enjoying car fund they must have two Qualified
Gold Star Associates or above every month. An associate Qualifying for the car fund
has to purchase a car with in a period of three months.During the period, the fund
earned by the Qualifier will be held by the company and will be paid to the Qualifier
only when he/she purchases a car approved by the company. The Car Fund is comp-
uted by a point sharing system based on the Car Fund points earned by the Qualifiers
each month as per formula shown below :

10. House Fund 2%


Nav Sanjeevani provides House Fund to all the Qualified Deputy General Manager Star
Associates. 2% of the total monthly Sales volumes of the company will be distributed
amongst all the Qualifiers. The House Fund will given to all Qualified Deputy General
Manager Star Associates and they must maintain Eight Qualified Gold Star Associates
consecutively for two months. (i.e. 500PSV + 3000 non-QSA group BV) every month
consecutively for three months.The qualifier will keep on enjoying House Fund they
must have three Qualified Manager Star Associates or above every month. An
associate qualified for the house fund has to purchase a house within a period of six
months. During the period , the fund earned by the qualifier will be held back by the
company and will be paid to the qualifier only when he/she purchases a house
approved by the company. The House Fund is computed by a point sharing system
based or the House Fund points earned by the qualifiers each month as per formula
shown below :

11. Depth Bonus 3%


When you achieve the Chief Manager Star of the Company then you are eligible to
get Depth Bonus i.e. 3% of total Company Board of Directors Chief Manager Star
Team Business sales profit on that particular month. That particular person will also
become the member of Board of Directors of the company.

Qualifier's Depth Bouns = 3% the Total Team of Achiever TTBV


All the conditions referring from 1 to 11 must be fulfilled.
PGBV is inclusive of personal BV (i.e. self generated 3500 PBV or 500PBV + 3000
non-QSA group BV).
