Meal Plan Project


Now that you have learned the number of servings for each food group
from the Canadian food guide you are going to create your own meal plan for 1
week. Fill out the table provided with different meals for each day, you can use the
PowerPoint that is provided on google classroom to determine the number of
servings, serving sizes, and which foods to choose. Be creative when coming up
with meals! No one wants to eat the same thing every day!
