Dear sir,

I want to thank you very much for inviting me for the first interview on 19th December 2018
and onsite session/second interview on 7 January 2019 for the R & D Engineer position. I enjoyed
meeting you and learning more about the position.

The first interview session with Mr. Tommy strengthened my interest in the position and in
working for such a dynamic company. I want to thank to Mr. Tommy for taking the time to tell me
about the job and the company details. I also learned something from him that no one knows you
better than you do. He also very friendly person and turn the stressful interview session into calm
discussion. I believe my qualifications and experience, particularly my familiarity with your current
systems, fit well with the job requirements and I am certain I could make a positive contribution to
the company. In addition, my strong analytical skills would benefit the company.
 For the second interview session, I was asked to follow one of company technician, Mr.
Eiden to carry out installation of Kalla 8 in customer’s house which located at Sunway Spk
Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. After onsite session with Mr. Eiden, I realize that the job required
hands on skill, and strength in physical and mental. I’m very pleased to follow Mr. Eiden do the
installation as he give me advise and guideline that related to the installation process of Kalla 8.
Plus, Mr, Eiden also give me explanation about how the Kalla 8 works. From my understanding,
Kalla 8 consist of two cartridge, which is one for granular activated carbon and the other one is
for ultrafiltration membrane. After the installation, I can see the satisfaction on customer’s face as
it shows that he satisfy with your service. Frankly, that makes me more interested to work with
your company. Last but not least, I think I can fit the position and mesh with the culture of the
company as my work as process technician always require me to do hands on.

I would like to reiterate my enthusiasm for the position, it is just the sort of opportunity I
have been looking for. I look forward to hearing from you once the final decisions are made
regarding this position.I was very impressed by the professionalism and energy of the team and
it would be a privilege to work with them.
