Consolidation of Ownership
Copy/Certification/Verification?

Requirements:  Affidavit of Consolidation of the purchase or Final Bill of Sale


1. Letter of Request or Transaction Application Form (TAF). executed by the highest bidder
2. Photocopy of Title. 5. Judicial Foreclosure of Mortgage
3. Identification Card

How to Register:  Deed of Sale issued by the sheriff
