– Researched on consolidation of arbitral proceedings in back to back contracts;
piercing of corporate veil by an arbitral tribunal; enforcements of off-shore arbitral
awards in Dubai; enforcement of interim awards in India; principles of grant of
damage vis-a-vis fundamental principles of public policy; payment under indemnity
contracts; etc.
– Assisted on a matter concerning injunction under a bank guarantee containing an
exclusive jurisdiction clause.
2. Chambers of Advocate Ashok Khare
– Drafted counter-affidavit, application for stay, injunctions, restitution of conjugal
rights and researched for various matters; drafted a list of dates for Claimant’s
memorial in an arbitration matter, drafted a writ petition in a matter concerning labour
laws in a public sector undertaking.
– Researched on conversion of public trust into private trust and extent of sovereign
immunity in government contracts.
