It is with great anticipation that, I apply for the above Application Support Analyst position
advertised on Seek.com website and it is with this letter and the attached resume, which I
hope to convince you of my suitability for your exciting role.

According to the required criteria’s applicable for this position, my experience aligns well
with the qualifications you are seeking at your advertisement. In order to cope with this
position, I have over three years of Industrial IT experiences (Software/Web Development
and IT Project Support) in Sri Lanka.

During my service period at Project Consultancy Unit, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, I
am adept in design, develop, testing, trouble shooting and documentation of software
projects to accelerates department functions and involve in Project Coordinating Activities
and support works for Stakeholder Management. Moreover, while my on-the-job
experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate planning and
problem solving abilities to complete the job within the agreed time frame.

I excel at:

- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues escalated from end users (In .NET
Platform)

- Analyzing and Processing large batches of data on daily and weekly basis using SQL.

- Develop and Maintain Company’s Web Site.

- Track and Plan the project activities using MS Project and actively participating in daily,
weekly, and bi-monthly status meetings.

- Integrating application software and hardware configuration changes.

- Provide 1 st Line Help Desk Support for all the departments. (All the skills I have
mentioned in my CV with experiences)

In present condition I have completed my master studies in Management of Information

Systems at Edith Cowan University, WA in July 2018 and able to work full time under 485
(Temporary Graduate) work stream until August 2020. Also I am working at Crown Perth
on casual Basis (EMP No- 393553) since 2016 and willing to relocate for career
progression.
