Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar (Hariyali) is a rural retail initiative by DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd (DSCL) for
which it has partnered with software solution providers to create a unique IT platform.

Objective
The main objective was to develop and customize a retail solution which would help the company serve
the rural customer better while creating a strong infrastructure for the operations spread over multiple
locations.” DSCL also wanted the technology platform to be scalable, robust and capable of improving
inventory management and controlling stock-outs and overstocking, thereby reducing operational costs.

Responsibilities:
 Monitoring the data loads on daily basis.
 Monitored the development of data model to satisfy the various functional requirements by
implementing queries and cubes using business content.
 Configuration of Custom cubes, Transfer rules, Transfer Structures, Update Rules, DSO,
InfoCubes, Aggregates, queries and workbooks.
 Deployed Process Chains to schedule the Infopackages and data transfer processes.
 Created dashboards, graphs using Crystal Xcelsius. Personalized the dashboards (scorecards)
to reflect user-specific alerts and metrics to track critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Objective
Nike aims to reduce the number of Enterprise Resource Planning systems in products from 123 to less
than 10.
Nike aims at enabling a successful and future-proof reporting environment.
Nike is in the process of implementing SAP for major parts of the business operations. This will also
enable to easily adapt to the changing needs of the business in a flexible and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
 Actively involved in Monitoring of Daily, Weekly and Monthly data loads using Process Chains.
 Actively Involved in Rectification of Load Failure errors like Master Data Loads, Transaction
loads.
 Automated Error Stack using Process chains and uploaded the records using Error DTP.
 Migrated 3.X to 7.X dataflow.
 Extracted Data from Shipping LO Extract structures 2LIS_12_VCHDR and 2LIS_12_VCITM.
