teacher. Give reasons and explanations for your

opinion and speak as much as possible. You can

Q1. How often do you have a meeting at work? What do you
usually talk about in the meeting?

Q2. Do you think it's a good idea to offer snacks and drinks in
a meeting? If you are responsible for preparing meeting
food, what food and drinks would you choose? Why?

Q3. Have you ever been the chair of a meeting? If you are the
chair, what can you do to make the meeting organized
and efficient? (Hint: punctual, no cell phones, take turns*)

Q4. “Meetings are a waste of time. We will definitely work more


efficiently and get more things done without attending these
meetings.” Do you agree with that argument? Why?
