PREFACE

On-the-job Training is an important undertaking of every student under the course BS

Industrial Technology. It prepares the student to become skilled and competent industrial worker

in his respective field of specialization. The training is composed of actual exposure to hotel

operations, actual hands- on experience on the operation of various tools and equipment, and a

chance to work along long ride with workmates in the hotel.

The main goal of this technical endeavor is to improve the skills and performance of the

students in various tasks and work assignment.

For this narrative report documents all the activities and experiences of the student while

on training.

To the Hotel Sophia Staffs and Personnel who shared their knowledge and skills during

wisdom to pursue our study, the courage to face all the challenges we encounter and especially

We would like to dedicate this piece of accomplishment to our Coordinator/professor the

ever handsome and smart without him we won’t adjust easily in pour new environment and make

this narrative report as a work of real college student without him we won’t be able to understand

the real meaning and essence of the word “maturity” without him we won’t make it possible that

we thought it’s hard to do at first, but with him we’ve change a lot.

We would also dedicate this narrative report to our beloved institution, Isabela States

University- Ilagan campus for making us a globally competitive students and helping achieving

our goals in life.
