I/we, RAJINDER KUMAR JAIN son of Shri Jagdish Prasad Jain resident of AG-24, Ring Road,
Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi - 110088, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I/We have transferred all my/our rights, titles, interests in the Industrial
Plot no. 418, measuring 1000 Sq. Mtrs., having Built-up Area of 1897.11. Sq.Mtrs.
( 20420.49 Sq.Ft. Approx. ) situated in Industrial Estate known as PaceCity-II,
Sector-37, Tehsil and District Gurugram, Haryana, (hereinafter referred to as
“Property’’) to (1) SHRI BHUPINDER SINGH SACHDEVA son of Sardar Gurcharan
Singh (2) SHRI HARDEEP SINGH SACHDEVA son of Shri Bhupinder Singh Sachdeva
and (3) SHRI RAMANDEEP SINGH SACHDEVA son of Shri Bhupinder Singh
Sachdeva all resident of AE-40, Tagore Garden, New Delhi - 110027 vide Sale Deed
Vasika No __________ dated ______________ registered in the office of Sub Registrar,
Gurugram.

2. That the above said property is lying vacant on the spot.

3. That the said property is my/our self acquired property.

4. That the said property is free from all encumbrances such as claims, demands, liens,
mortgages, decrees, litigations, prior sales, agreement to sell, gift, court attachments,
etc.

5. That the above statements are true to best of our knowledge and belief.

b) Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Only) vide RTGS UTR no. SCBLR 220170501
00000866; dated 01.05.2017; Standard Chartered Bank, MGF MegaCity Mall, MG Road,
Gurgaon - 122001 favouring Shri Rajinder Kumar Jain,

c) Rs. 2,45,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Forty Five Lac Only) vide demand draft no.
040668 dated 24.05.2017 drawn on Standard Chartered Bank, MGF MegaCity Mall,
MG Road, Gurgaon - 122001, favouring Shri Rajinder Kumar Jain

d) AND the VENDEE(S) has deposited a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs Only) to
Income Tax Department as 1% TDS on behalf of VENDOR, as under

resident of AE-40, Tagore Garden, New Delhi - 110027, (hereinafter called Purchaser) on
account of full and final payment in respect of transfer/sale of Industrial Plot no. 418,
measuring 1000 Sq. Mtrs., having Built-up Area of 1897.11 Sq.Mtrs. ( 20420.49 Sq.Ft.
Approx. ) situated in Industrial Estate known as PaceCity-II, Sector-37, Tehsil and District
Gurugram, Haryana, (hereinafter called “Property”).

1. That I/We have received the consideration in respect of my/our above mentioned
property in full and final and nothing is due to me from the aforesaid Purchaser(s).

2. That I/We am/are now left with no right, title or interest in the said property.

3. That I/We am/are liable to sign any other documents required by HUDA/MCG/Sub-
Registrar/DHBVNL and/or any other concerned authority in connection with change of
title of ownership of the said property in favour of above said purchaser or his/her
nominees.
