From the output of ' sh interface fc1/14 transceiver details ', the Rx power

(Receive light power) is -33.01 dBm, this power is much lower than normal -7dBm.
While the Tx power ( transmit light power) are in normally.

Usually, Rx power low caused by bad cable, patch panel and end device who transmit
low light.

Action Plan:
1. I recommand to check the attachment ( cable, patch panel, end device) which
connected to fc1/14, before replace the SFP. If you need proactive replace the SFP,
please let me know, I will dispatch it.
2. If the attachment are fine. Please clear counters on port 14 via command:
config terminal
interface fc1/14
shutdown
do clear counters interface fc1/14
no shutdown
end
3. After above two procedure, if the issue still occur. I will dispatch for SFP
replacement.
