NAME OF THE SPEAKER NO 1: Mrs. Navneet
About the speaker:- She is the CRM(customer relationship manager) in the
oxford group. She has studied MBA from symbiosis institute of management.
She has immense experience in the IT and hospitality sector and is currently
working in the construction sector with the Oxford Group.

NAME OF THE SPEAKER NO 2: Mr. Milind Mirashi


About the speaker: Associate vice president at Garware wall ropes ltd. Mr.
Milind Mirashi is the associate vice president at Garware Wall Ropes Ltd. He
has studied B.Sc in Chemistry and also pursued MBA in Marketing
NAME OF THE SPEAKER NO 3: Manoj Menon

About the speaker: Resident Manager, O hotel, Pune

A commerce graduate and post graduate diploma in sales and marketing from
symbiosis institute of business management. Started his career in the hospitality
industry in july, 1991 and was heading the front office and sales at Pune’s 1-4
star hotel.

Later in 2003 moved to concept hospitality ltd as regional sales & marketing
manager responsibility for the sales of orchid, Mumbai and 6 other group hotels.

Has a rich experience of 26 years in hospitality industry and was only


responsible for sales, but also setting up of hotels , 14 hotels in his career till
date at Lonavala, Gujrat,goa.

Have been at the O Pune for the last 4 years , started off as director sales and
later promoted as resident manager and head of operation.
NAME OF THE SPEAKER NO 4: Dr. Seema Singh Zokarkar

Dr. Seema Singh is the CEO of Mantra Media, Pune. She has accomplished
business development professional with around 20 years of experience in
Marketing and communication including 5 years of experience in the U.S.A for
south Asian market. She Possess expertise in working on international and
multicultural environment with the distinction of exploring new markets for
expanding businesses and streamlining operations. She had been nominated for
commonwealth scholarship by ministry of HRD to study in UK and Recipient of
“Recognition Award” from Rotary International for successfully representing
them in Germany. She specializes in expanding global market share in Indian
Diaspora. Effective marketing communications, Media Planning and buying and
PR of high value.

NAME OF THE SPEAKER NO 5:Sucheta Govind Dhere

A very technology savvy and passionate professional with around 20+ years of
global experience working on cutting edge technology in telecom wireless
ecosystem, cloud, industry process control system, embedded, IT and IOT-
driving strategy to implementation.

She have worked on system (from 1996 to 2000) which form part of Todays
IOT architecture.

She worked with CMS traffic systems SMART vehicle actuated traffic
controllers, where vehicle detectors were buried under the four arms of the
junction on the road and all the traffic controller on a highway worked in synch
and coordinate to manage corridor traffic.
MY LEARNING POITNS :

1. Product knowledge is an essential sales skill. Understanding your products'


features allows you to present their benefits

2. Customers are more likely to trust sales people who show confidence in
themselves and what they are selling.

3. If your product or service has some shortcomings in certain situations, be


honest about them with your customers.

4. To handle the different kind of customers for different kind of product.

5. Marketing connected to sales.

6. Rera: real estate (regulation and development) Act of the Parliament of


India which seeks to protect home-buyers as well as help boost investments in
the real estate industry

7. There should be temporary buyers and builders.

8. Voice of customer (voc)- voc is a process that allows organization to engage


with, listen to and learn from the customers.

9. Voice of customers’ needs to stated and unstated.

10. Voice of Customer (VOC) is the identification of true customer needs and
requirements.

11. Identification of customers’ needs innovators not laggards.

12. Voice of customers is boundary less market.

13. Value is opaque:

1. Value for customers.. is anything but obvious.

2. Quantifying value is difficult.

3. We don’t understand customers.

4. Customers don’t understand themselves.

19. GDS (Global Distribution System) refers to a network system connecting


multiple vendors of services with end consumers or travel agents and allow
them for direct booking

20. The phenomenal growth of mobile messaging apps in the last few
years has become a serious threat to Telco revenue.

21. Approximately 2.5 billion people worldwide now use at least one
messaging app, which is steering valuable traffic away from Telco’s

22. How the marketing is important in every aspect of business world.


What I understand during the whole session is that ‘Marketing is
everything’, skillful & creative is a never ending pursuit.

24. Get many information about how marketing pursued in real estate
business. There is 12% GST levied in real estates.

25. Lastly, Mrs Navneet gave us beautiful message that, be honest with
