Greetings,

Over the last 10 years, I’ve built my career on one simple principle: WORK
SMARTER. I’m the person who looks for inefficient procedures, finds ways to
streamline them, and consistently strives to boost the productivity of everyone around
me.

When I took on a management role for the first time it was tricky, learned plenty of
lessons by trusting gut, making mistakes, and, most importantly, listening to my team.
At first, I was nervous for them to work on unrelated projects because I didn’t know
how it would impact already heavy workload, but I had to let go of my fears and trust
them. After spending time listening, learning, and brainstorming, we found activities
and projects that could help us work, think, and play outside of the box.

I’m always searching for answers and information, consistently documenting and
recording our Processes, guidelines, objectives, and important details aren’t lost or
f o r g o t t e n . I w a s o n c e t o l d t h a t I ’ m s e e n a s a b i t o f a “ t a s k- m a s t e r ” — h a n d i n g o u t
responsibilities without asking what kind of work truly motivates each team member.
Over a period feedback from your team gives you an opportunity to improve as a
leader, and when it’s taken seriously.

I’ve done jobs in support, technical sales and management and I know what works
and what don’t. I've built support programs & teams from the ground up. Some of the
Projects come to me as a rough idea sketch, from idea to implementations is a
c h a l l e n g e b u t w i t h t r u e d e d i c a t i o n o v e r a p e r i o d , w e d e l i v e r p r o d u c t s a n d So l u t i o n s . I
have taken time to create products to applying Technology in new industry like Waste
Management, and later generate funds for converting an idea to solutions. Few
successes and many experiences have made me resilient to never give up. It has
been Soulful to be creative and thing out of the box solutions for my community.
