I am El-Seti Anu Ali El, and this is the second time that I am returning your product. I trust that I
will receive a NEW PHONE due to the fact that brought a New phone (July) and After a Month
the phone was not acting proper. I return it and receive what I thought was a NEW PHONE and
this one within a Month began to act improper.

I trust that this will be the last time that I have to return a phone to you for service.
