Well good afternoon ladies and gentleman, thank you for the opportunity that has been

given to me, I am Misio Laimeheriwa from Marlene’s Language Center.

As we know, some teachers this day teach their student everytime with the same and
boring way. They don’t care about their student. They choose the normal and easiest way
to do which is just give them theory. We know that teacher’s job is to make the students are
smart in their attitude and also with their brain. But in fact, some of them, didn’t want to do
that job. So we will talk about that teachers
Ladies and gentleman,
There are some reasons why the teacher didn’t do their job well. Two of them are :
1. Because in their mind, they go to school just to get money and friend. So, they are so
lazy to teach with the fun way and don’t care about the student that don’t
understand about what are they teach. So, when they finish give some theory, they
would say that I am success to teach my student. But in reality it doesn’t success.
And also in real life, when the student make a trouble, they don’t really care about
them
2. Because of the student. If the student don’t take teacher’s lessons seriously, it also
can make the teacher is very lazy and give up to teach them. So the teacher choose
the normal and simple way which just give them theory and don’t want to know if
the student don’t understand
Ladies and gentleman,
The impact of the teacher whose done that are
1. The student will get stressed because they just can imagine the lessons in sentences.
So it will make and teach them to always memorize the lessons and not to
understand the lessons. And it will gone from their brain after pass the test. So we
can say, it useless for their future.
2. The student will trying to unlike the subject which teach by the teacher.
3. They will not be the smart students.
We can see, that all the impacts are almost for the student. So. If it happened, then the
teachers who just give a theory for the students, are the teacher that failed to do their job.
So I am sorry but we can’t say them as teacher.
Ladies and gentleman,
“Better prevent than cure.” Here are the solution for this problem. The teacher should teach
the student with fun way which give them some practice or maybe usually give the lessons
with picture or maybe with some games, and please don’t press them to hard when they
don’t understand. So it will make them more eazy to understand. Just imagine. If there are
35 students in a class and the teacher teach them well. Maybe they will be a big and success
person in the future because of your just little fun lesson. So let us be a good and fun
teacher for our student.

Before I end my speech I believe that audience is willing to be a good and fun teacher for
every student in Indonesia. That’s all my speech about. May it be usefull for everyone.
