EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, JOSIEMINDA LAUZON HILARIO, JUDITH RABACIO LAUZON, IDA FIEL MURRAY,
JOCELYN FIEL LAUZON, CATHY LAUZON CAUNTAY all of legal ages, all married except Judith
Rabacio Lauzon and Jocelyn Fiel Lauzon who are single and all residents of Buntay, Dagami,
Leyte except Ida Fiel Murray, Jocelyn Fiel Lauzon and Cathy Fiel Lauzon who are residents
of Sucat, Parañaque City, on our own volition, declare as follows:

1. That we are the sole heirs of the deceased EXEQUEL LAUZON who died on January
11, 2009 at Buntay, Dagami, Leyte;

2. That said deceased died intestate, without any Last Will or Testament, and without
any outstanding debts or accounts;

3. That the deceased left a certain parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 08-12-
0018-00196 and more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the North: Ass. Lot #009-010 – 011/Lot # 6269 – 5355
East: Ass. Lot # 017 / Lot # 5358

Area: SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SQUARE METERS(6,800 square
meters)

4. That the above-described parcel of land is not tenanted and does not come within the
operation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program;

5. That pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines,
and both being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves
the land described above, in equal shares pro indiviso;

6. That FURTHER, and for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 100,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged by us to our full and complete satisfaction, we do hereby SELL,
CONVEY, and TRANSFER by way of ABSOLUTE SALE a portion of said parcel of
land unto VIRGINIA BACATAN ABIÑO, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interests,
all our rights, interests and participation over a portion of the above-described parcel
of land and more particularly described as follows;
